Theresa/Laura and a real job

What shall we attribute Theresa Kerry's statement about Laura Bush never having held a real job? Shall we blame Theresa's vast experience for making her so rough around the edges? I think finishing school would be a viable option for her? If so, I have the perfect teacher for her. One would needs a few more experiences to qualify for first lady.
