What about the timing? Need we fear an 11-2? There is definitely some significance to the timing of this tape. I heard them say on TV last night that tapes like these are sometimes released before an attack. A man with a similar American voice was heard on a tape released shortly before 9/11. I pray the tape was only to influence the election and not for anything else.
Will this affect the election? Who knows? So many things that Bush has done wrong should have influenced the election but amazingly, they have not. Die-heart Bush supporters are not capable of believing that George W. Bush can actually do something wrong. After all, he opposes abortion and gay marriage. That means he's perfect.

What's on the missing 4 minutes? Al-Jazeera aired some but not all of the tape. I'd bet the only minutes made public were the ones that Al-Jazeera aired plus anything else the Bush Administration viewed as harmless. Al-Jazeera must have aired the part about the hijackers completing their mission while Bush was busy reading. I can't imagine that part being released otherwise. I'd say this administration has kept more from us than all the other presidencies combined. How he gets away with it is beyond me?
