Jon Benet/John Karr
I have to wonder about this guy. I've heard they don't have any DNA tests done yet plus this ex-wife said he was with her at the time. Normally, I might think - how could she remember that exact date but considering this was done on Christmas Eve or Christmas day, it is very likely she would remember.
Since he is so obsessed with Jon Benet, he could be admitting to something he didn't do. I've never understood why people do this but we do know that people do such things for whatever the reason.
I saw a special some time ago that told about the basement window and how easily someone could have gotten in through there. Before that special, I was certain it was the parents or the brother but after I saw that, I wasn't so certain.
What always made it seem like an inside job is knowing the 118k bonus amount and also, the practice ransom notes. Plus, it seems so unlikely that you could kill someone in a house with no one else knowing it was happening.
This guy had to know something that only the killer could have known but at the same time, if he was so obsessed with her, he may have gotten a hold of some intimate detail.
I honestly thought they would never solve this case. I hope I'm wrong.
